Perfect-icons.com belongs to Aha-Soft brand.

Aha-Soft offers two types of products, software and stock icons, usually. Here are licenses for their usage.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Aha-soft, for the Aha-soft software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is the property of Aha-soft and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.

TRIAL VERSION

If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follows:

YOU MAY:

1. Install and use the unlimited number of copies of the TRIAL VERSION of this software for a period of 30 days. 2. Use one or more copies of the TRIAL VERSION for evaluation purposes only. 3. Copy and distribute freely the TRIAL VERSION (see 'DISTRIBUTION').

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it. 2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it. 3. Use the TRIAL VERSION after the trial period of 30 days.

DISTRIBUTION:

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION (not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION (except for shipment and handling charges). Computer magazines are authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by e-mail each time you distribute the TRIAL VERSION.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Aha-soft disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

Aha-soft assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Aha-soft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.

STOCK GRAPHICS LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing icons from Aha-Soft, You (the purchaser) agree to the terms of this agreement, as detailed below.

You may use the icons from Aha-Soft in commercial and personal design projects, software or Internet products. Icons can be displayed in documentation, help files, and advertising materials. You are free to sell and distribute products and projects using purchased icons without further royalty fees.

All icon files are provided 'as is'. Aha-Soft cannot be held liable for any negative issues that may occur as a result of using the icons.

You agree that all ownership and copyright of the icons remains the property of Aha-Soft. You may not resell, distribute, lease, license or sub-license the icons or modified icons (or a subset of the icons), to any third party unless they are incorporated into your software or design products.

Individual Ready-Made Icons

You can buy individual ready-made icons to suit your needs. Each icon is $1 when purchased individually.

Perfect-Icons.com contains a lot of icons. We made product basket for orders. You can view the product basket on the right side of icon collection pages. Click on icons to purchase them. These icons will be added into the basket. Also you can remove icons from the basket. Then you need to click on Proceed to checkout link and pay with credit card or with other payment method (PayPal etc.). After order completed you will receive download links through the e-mail.
